Jen is excited to coach at Duddy Performance as it’s her mission to help athletes succeed.

Specializing in functional movement, Liza works with small groups and individuals to maintain and increase fitness. Helping you create and attain goals, whether they be climbing stairs or racing marathons.

Integrity
We are only as good as our word; if we say we are going to do something, we do it. We set standards for our athletes and ourselves and we uphold those standards with integrity.
Honesty
We say what we mean and are open and honest with our athletes and clients. If we don’t know the answer to a question, we will say so.
Care and Concern
We care about each and everyone of our clients. When we ask “how was your weekend” or “how is your father” or “how did you sleep” we ask with genuine care and concern. We care about the whole person, not just the workout.
